Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, Rawalpindi Division invites electronic bids on the Punjab e-Procurement system for hiring firm(s) to provide venue, catering and related services for collective marriage ceremonies in Rawalpindi Division on a framework contract for FY 2026-27. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax).
Bidding documents are available online at the Punjab e-Procurement portal and may also be obtained from the office of the Divisional Director (SW&BM), Social Welfare Complex, 1-Khanna Road, Muslim Town, Rawalpindi on submission of a written application. Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure will apply as per Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement system.
