Issuer: Municipal Committee Kamalia (Administrator / Chief Officer). Municipal Committee Kamalia will auction its constructed Cricket Arena located at Zeeshan Colony, Kamalia. The auction will be held on Thursday, 3 September 2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Administrator, Municipal Committee Kamalia. The auction is conducted under the Auction of Collection Rights Rules, 2016 for the period 2026-2027.

Participation requirements and conditions:
- Bidders must submit copies of CNIC, lease/license registration, and the security amount in the shape of a CDR (not adjustable) issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Municipal Committee Kamalia before the auction time. The CDR will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the auction.
- Only registered and licensed contractors (in person) are eligible to participate. Authority letters will not be accepted.
- As per Government of the Punjab instructions and the Auction of Collection Rights Rules, 2016, only registered contractors for 2026-2027 (District Government) are eligible to bid.
- Ineligible persons include those who are defaulters of Municipal Committee Kamalia dues, blacklisted by Municipal Committee Kamalia or other organizations, declared ineligible to enter into contracts as per law, or declared bankrupt.
- The successful bidder/contractor must pay installments in advance every month as per the terms and conditions; delay or non-payment will invite legal action as per rules.
- Call deposit must be made in the name of the bidder in favour of Municipal Committee Kamalia. Open call deposits are not acceptable.
- Remaining conditions may be viewed at the office of the Municipal Officer (Finance), Kamalia during office hours.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without reason. The auction committee may amend any condition on the spot. No offers will be accepted after the auction.
