Issuer: Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO), incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. ISMO invites e-bids via PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the provision of goods and consultancy services on a closed framework or retainer basis.

Registration & Documents: Interested bidders/suppliers must register on EPADS to participate and may obtain e-bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security declaration, bid validity, opening of bids, evaluation criteria and other relevant details, through the EPADS portal and ISMO website.
Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 2026-09-29 at 11:00 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs in ISMO Building, Sector H-1, Islamabad. If the bid opening day falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
