Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited announces that the principal repayment of Sukuk-70 and the 5th profit payment are due on 21 July 2026. Transfer books will be closed from 15 July 2026 to 21 July 2026 (inclusive). CDS participant IDs held with the company's share registrar must be received by the registrar in Karachi by business hours on 14 July 2026 to be considered for payment.
Sukuk-holders are requested to update correct IBAN details and submit income-tax exemption certificates to the share registrar (Messrs Digital Custodian Company) by 14 July 2026.
