Pre-Qualification Notice — Establishment of Women Scientists Hostel (PAFDA & PFSA), Lahore

Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab (Superintending Engineer Buildings, Circle No.03 Lahore) invites pre-qualification applications from eligible firms/contractors for the establishment of a hostel facility for women scientists (PAFDA and PFSA), Lahore. The process will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• PEC registration: Pre-qualification is open to firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-1 and above, with a valid PEC licence.
• Specialized codes required: CE10, BC03 and ME03.
• Experience: Participating firms/contractors must possess adequate experience in execution of projects of similar nature, scope and complexity.
• Detailed eligibility requirements and terms are provided in the Pre-Qualification Document.

Submission Guidelines & Process

• Access to Documents: The Pre-Qualification Document containing complete requirements, terms and conditions is available to registered bidders through the e-Procurement system at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and on the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
• Submission Mode: All required documents along with supporting evidence demonstrating the firm’s qualifications shall be submitted online through the e-Procurement system. Manual submissions shall NOT be accepted.
• Clarifications & Queries: Any additional information or clarification may be sought through the designated clarification section on e-Procurement.
