Key requirements and conditions:
• Original CNIC is mandatory for all bidders and must be presented at both inspection and auction. Bidders must also submit a copy of CNIC and their company letterhead for record; the successful bidder must provide an additional CNIC copy for KGTML records.
• Payments must be made by Pay Order payable to KGTML. All applicable taxes, duties and levies are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
• Deposited security may be forfeited if the bidder fails to meet the payment schedule. The bidder is responsible for obtaining all permits and ensuring compliance with laws for removal and transportation of scrap.
• No vehicle carrying scrap will be allowed to exit without proper weighbridge documentation and gate pass. The successful bidder is responsible for lifting, loading, transportation, labor, safety measures, and any loss, damage, or accidents during operations.
• KGTML reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
