District Council Khushab E-Procurement Tender for Construction of Bus Shelters (ADP 2026-27)

Issuer: Chief Officer / District Council Khushab. District Council Khushab invites e-tenders on item rates basis under its approved ADP Development Scheme for the year 2026-27 via the EPADS (E-Procurement Punjab) portal.

Key instructions: Download bidding documents and submit bids only through EPADS. Bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the year 2026-27. A 3% earnest money (CDR) from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of Chief Officer, District Council Khushab must be uploaded on EPADS. Bids must quote item-wise rates in numbers and words on EPADS (no percentage rates). Incomplete, unsigned or unfilled bids will be rejected. If the lowest quoted rate is equal to or less than 5% below the DNIT estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security as per rules within 15 days; otherwise the 3% deposit will be forfeited. Successful contractor must execute agreement on stamp paper of value specified by the government within 15 days of issuance of acceptance letter; required quality-control tests are to be conducted at contractor's expense.

Bids submission deadline: 07-09-2026 at 11:00 AM via EPADS. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of District Council Khushab by the tender opening committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
