The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) invites e-bids from eligible service providers with an established office in Islamabad and valid tax registration for renewal and purchase of annual software licenses/subscriptions (Microsoft Office 365, Visio, Project and Power BI). Bidding documents are available free from PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk), NDRMF (www.ndrmf.pk) and the PPRA EPADS system (www.epads.gov.pk).
Bids must be submitted through the PPRA EPADS system and be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 162,850. Original bid security must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the Procurement Manager, NDRMF, EOBI Building, 5th Floor, G-10/4, Islamabad. Bid submission and opening: 24 July 2026 (submission 10:00 hrs; opening 10:30 hrs).
