Issuer: Military Lands & Cantonment Department, Bahawalpur Cantonment Board. The Cantonment Board invites online sealed bids for original and repair maintenance works for FY 2026-27 on the basis of MES Schedule of Rates, 2025, on percentage above/below or par basis and market item rate basis for non-schedule items as per 'Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure' under Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible contractors/firms must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.
