PESSI Pre-Qualification Notice – Establishment of 100‑Bed Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura (PEC C1+) – Closing 2026-10-08

Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (Head Office), Lahore. PESSI invites pre-qualification applications from contractors under the PPRA e‑procurement system for the establishment of a 100‑bed Social Security Hospital in Sheikhupura.

Key eligibility and submission requirements:

- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes and hold a valid PEC registration.

- Contractors must have valid registration/registration documents (e.g., NTN) and must be regularly depositing full social security contributions.

- Contractors should have relevant experience in execution of similar works.

- Firms/contractors must register on the Punjab e‑procurement / PUNJAB E‑PADS website and create a profile there; manual profile submission will not be accepted.

- Pre-qualification documents, evaluation criteria, financials, technical staff requirements and other supporting documents can be downloaded from the E‑PADS portal. Procedures and other information may be obtained from the PPRA website.

- The Procuring Agency may reject all bids/proposals or a part at any time prior to acceptance. If a public holiday is declared on the tender opening date, the next working day will be treated as the tender opening date.
