Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited announces that the High Court of Sindh, Karachi has approved a reduction of the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs. 2,848,668,960 (284,866,896 ordinary shares of Rs.10 each) to Rs. 430,529,840 (43,052,984 ordinary shares of Rs.10 each) by cancelling 241,813,912 ordinary shares of Rs.10 each, representing approximately 84.886631405% of the existing shareholding.
Book closure for determination of entitlement will be on 11 July 2026. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members by 10 July 2026 will be eligible. Requests for transmission and related matters must reach the company’s share registrar by close of business on 10 July 2026 with original physical share certificates, certified transfer documents and a certified copy of CNIC. All existing physical share certificates will be considered cancelled from 11 July 2026.
