University of Narowal Invitation to Bid – Upgradation of Classrooms (Academic Block #01 & #02)

Issuer: University of Narowal (New Campus), Shakargarh Road, Narowal.

Purpose: Invitation to bids for the upgradation of classrooms in Academic Block #01 & #02 at the University of Narowal, New Campus. Single-stage, single-envelope bidding as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014.

Key Requirements & Instructions:

• Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA).
• Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above and have valid registration renewed up to the current financial year.
• Tender submissions: Technical and Financial bids must be prepared, completed, signed and stamped as required by the Tender Documents and submitted online through the e-Procurement Punjab portal: https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. A single package containing Technical and Financial Bids must be uploaded.
• Original physical Bid Security (as prescribed) in favour of “Treasurer, University of Narowal” must be submitted to the Project Director, Office, 1st Floor, Admin Block, University of Narowal, New Campus, Shakargarh Road, Narowal, before the closing time for e-bid submission.
• Bids will be opened online on the e-Procurement Punjab System at the time and date specified in the tender documents. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
• For submission, registration and upload procedures bidders should follow instructions on the e-Procurement Punjab website. Any clarifications should be sought from the issuing office prior to bid submission.
