Bids are invited from firms/contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Bidding documents are available from the office of the Conservator of Forests, Working Plan Circle, Gilgit on cash payment (non-refundable). Documents will be issued in person to government contractor firms on production of original CNIC, PEC registration and renewal receipt for 2026-27.
Contractors/firms must provide bid security as specified below in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit in the name of Conservator Forests Working Plan Circle, Gilgit-Baltistan, from any scheduled bank. Conditional bids will not be accepted. A No-Litigation Certificate on judicial stamp is required. In case of an official holiday the bid will be opened on the next working day at the same time. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids under GB-PPRA rules.
