| Submission Process |
Two-stage submission: initial short proposal (Stage I) and invitation-only detailed proposal (Stage II) for shortlisted applicants. Research proposal outlines must be submitted through the HEC online portal. Application fee: Rs. 5,000 (to be deposited online via 1Link/1Bill service through mobile banking or interbank transfer). Maximum project duration: 24 months. |
| Eligibility Notes |
Universities having more than five (05) delayed/unsettled cases are not eligible to apply. Pakistani researchers are encouraged to submit joint proposals with collaborators from priority partner countries including KSA, Turkey, China, USA, UK, European Union, Central Asian states, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Singapore and other developed countries. |
