Position	Age Limit	Educational Background	Professional Experience & Key Requirements
Assistant Director (System Analyst)	Maximum 37 years	Bachelor's (4 years) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or equivalent (degree must be attested by HEC)	Minimum 3–5 years proven experience as a System Analyst in a software development environment. Proficient in business process analysis, requirements elicitation and data interpretation. Experience preparing functional & technical specifications, translating client requirements into specified documents, project briefs and technical proposals. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to conduct detailed analysis, documentation and solution design; produce minutes of meetings and assist in ISMS (ISO 27001) requirements. Collaborative team player with time management skills and willingness to innovate.
