THQ Level Hospital Chowk Azam — Framework Tender for Medical & Surgical Supplies (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Chowk Azam.

Purpose: Invitation for bids for a framework contract/tender for supply of medical items for FY 2026-27 (local purchase of medicines, surgical & disposable items, biomedical gases and medicines/surgical & disposable items for dialysis).

Eligibility & registration: Eligible bidders must be registered with E-PADS and apply through E-PADS only. Bidders must be income tax and GST/PST filers and may be registered partnership/proprietors, firms or companies as applicable.

Procurement method: Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Two Envelope) under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA 2014, amended to date). Bids will be evaluated and contracts awarded through the E-PADS/EP System.

Bid security and performance guarantee: Bid Security equals 5% of the estimated cost (acceptable in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of Medical Superintendent THQ Level Hospital Chowk Azam from Bank of Punjab). Bidders who submit through E-PADS/EP System must also provide original bid security before closing time. Successful bidders must deposit a 5% performance guarantee in the shape of a bank guarantee from Bank of Punjab (BOP) only.

Taxes: Taxes will be deducted from bills/invoices as per applicable government rules (including PST and GST where applicable).

Closing (submission) deadline: 2026-09-26 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-26 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Chowk Azam (in the presence of bidders or their representatives).
