Office of the District Council, Toba Tek Singh invites e-bids from PEC-registered engineering firms/contractors for multiple civil works. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with PPRA and LGW Rules. Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments (CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts, bank guarantees) will not be accepted in compliance with Government of Punjab letter SO(8&C-I)5-4/2024 dated 19-05-2026.
