The Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan, issues a clarification to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for hiring a Financial Advisor for the privatisation of Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL). The RFP is available at: https://privatisation.gov.pk/PRCL.
The clarification revises wording in Appendix A to the RFP (Terms of Reference):
Replace the phrases "up to Seventy-five percent (75%) of its entire shareholding in PRCL" (Section 1, page 38) and "up to Seventy-five percent (75%) of GoP shareholding in PRCL" (Section 3, page 40) with: "up to 51% of GoP's direct shareholding and GoP's 24.41% indirect shareholding in PRCL."
