The SECP invites applications for one (01) Islamabad-based contractual position of Assistant Director in the Prosecution and Civil Litigation Department. Appointment: three (3) year contract, extendable on organizational need and performance; commission may consider regularization after three years subject to criteria.

| Qualification | LL.B or LL.M from an HEC-recognized university; applicant must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court with active practice for at least 1 year. Preference to candidates with post-LL.B Bar on Law qualification or LL.M and proven experience in regulatory bodies, companies, corporate litigation & practice. |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution, including at least 1 year as Advocate of the High Court. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 35 years as on closing date. Candidates with at least 3 years' work experience with a regulator are eligible for 5 years' age relaxation. |
| Selection | Multi-stage evaluation; only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. SECP reserves the right to cancel the recruitment at any stage. |
