Independent System & Market Operator (ISMO) invites applications for the post of Manager (Security) on a contract basis. ISMO is seeking a dynamic, qualified and experienced security professional to support reliable and secure operation of Pakistan’s power system and electricity market.

|---|---|
| Minimum Qualification | Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4 years) or equivalent in Business/Public Administration, Security Management, Social Sciences or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. |
| Experience | Minimum 9 years of relevant experience, preferably in security administration, intelligence, operations, leading security teams, managing sensitive facilities, developing security SOPs, conducting risk assessments, emergency drills, incident management and coordination with government, law-enforcement and civil administration authorities. |
| Additional Skills / Advantage | Training / certification in Security / Crisis Management, Fire & Safety, Disaster Management or Business Continuity is an advantage. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 40 years |
