Submission: Sealed tenders addressed to CFO and clearly marked with the tender number must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila by 14:00 hours. Opening: Item 1 will be opened on 2026-09-08 at 14:30 hours; Items 2–7 will be opened on 2026-09-14 at 14:30 hours in the Admin Block in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bidding documents with detailed terms & conditions are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management and can be purchased for Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) payable by CDR / Pay Order in favor of HMC.
HMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to contract award.
