Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM) invites sealed bids via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure for procurement of tyres for the Transport Section and computer hardware for the Department of Physics.

Eligibility: Firms must be duly registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR), appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) where applicable.
Bid security: 2% of the quoted bid cost as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in favor of the Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. The original CDR must be submitted per EPADS requirements.
Tender fee: Demand Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) in favor of Treasurer AWKUM. Scanned copies of the tender fee DD/Pay Order and CDR must be uploaded on EPADS; the physical Demand Draft/Pay Order and the original CDR must also be submitted to the Procurement Office.
Submission method: All tender applications must be submitted via EPADS at https://www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk under the Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure.
