Pakistan Railways CSF Lahore Invitation to Bids – Supply of Cement & HTS Wire (Closing 2026-10-05)

Pakistan Railways, CSF/Directorate, Headquarters Office Lahore invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 from manufacturers/suppliers/contractors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the supply of materials required by the Concrete Sleeper Factories. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations.

Submission & bidding notes:

- Bid documents and detailed terms & conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS (e-pak Acquisition & Disposal System). Manual submission is not permitted; e-bids prepared as per e-bidding instructions must be submitted through EPADS before the closing time.

- Bids must be accompanied by required bid security in the prescribed forms (pay order, call deposit, bank guarantee where applicable).
