Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed tenders from firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for exclusive selling rights at the Pakistan Railway network. Bidders must follow Public Procurement Rules and REDAMCO tender conditions.

- Sealed bids for each product must be marked at the top right corner. Technical and financial bids must be in separate sealed envelopes. Bid security (as specified above) and required financial bid processing fee must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd.
- Last date and time for submission: 2026-09-15 by 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-15 at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance without incurring any liability, as per PPRA Rules. Incomplete or conditional bids and bids without specified bid security will be rejected.
- The procurement will be conducted through competitive bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) as allowed by PPRA rules. The accepted amount is subject to a 10% annual increase as specified in the bidding documents.
