Military Engineer Services (GE (N) Maint, Islamabad) invites applications for prequalification of firms/contractors and issuance of tenders for multiple repair, renovation and minor works in Islamabad. Prequalification applications and supporting credentials must be submitted as specified below. Only firms enlisted with MES (Category D or higher) or other government departments with relevant experience will be considered.

Prequalification application deadline: 2026-09-28.
Final tender submission (pre-qualified firms): must be received by 11:00 hrs on 2026-10-06; tenders will be opened at 12:00 hrs on 2026-10-06.

Eligibility & mandatory requirements
- Enlisted with MES in Category D or higher, or enlisted with any other Government Department with experience of similar works.
- Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration — firms not registered/without renewal for 2026-27 will not be considered.
- Submit list of movable & immovable assets, skilled/ unskilled personnel, machinery/equipment, recent bank statements, General Sales Tax (GST) registration and NTN certificate.
- Applicants must provide performance / completion details of similar works; incomplete information/documents will lead to disqualification.
