Issuer: National Assembly Secretariat, Islamabad. Invitation for prequalification of reputable firms/workshops/authorized dealerships for provision of repair and maintenance services for official vehicles and motorcycles, and supply of tyres/tubes/flaps and batteries, under Rule 16-A of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Prequalification period: Initial 24 months (730 days) extendable for a further 12 months (365 days) subject to satisfactory performance and same terms & conditions.

Eligibility: Firms/workshops/authorized dealerships duly registered with relevant Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATPL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), with their own operational setup in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0.
Submission method: E-bids must be prepared and submitted through EPADS v2.0. Manual/physical submissions will not be accepted.
