Rawalpindi Women University E‑Tender for Renovation/Upgradation of Hostel Lavatories & Washrooms

Rawalpindi Women University (Office of the Chief Engineer) invites encrypted electronic bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for upgradation/renovation works on hostel lavatories and common washrooms. Bidding documents are available free on the Punjab E-Procurement System (www.epp.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Manual/physical bids or physical bid security instruments (Call Deposit Receipt etc.) are not acceptable unless specifically described; bid security must be provided as prescribed electronically through the e-Procurement System.

- Bidders must upload complete, signed and stamped documents without cutting/overwriting and in conformity with bidding documents.

- Required documents to be submitted (scanned copies) include attested CNIC of owner, PEC registration certificate (where applicable), NTN and Punjab sales tax registration proof, professional tax, and original non‑blacklisting affidavit along with an authority letter of the person signing the bid. Original documents may be required for verification.

- Bids will be opened online in the presence of Campus Construction Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who may attend the opening. Bidders should follow the Punjab e-Procurement and PPRA rules and timelines as published on the e-procurement portal.
