Issuer: Prime Minister’s Special Relief Scheme (Uraan Pakistan). Eligible beneficiaries: owners/drivers of motorcycles, chingchi/rickshaws/three-wheelers and owners of vehicles up to 800cc. One-time registration is required using the mobile number registered against your CNIC.
How to register and receive subsidised petrol (SMS-based):

After successful registration you will receive a token or confirmation SMS. Present the token/confirmation at participating petrol pumps to avail petrol at the subsidised rate of Rs.100 per litre. The scheme covers the whole country, including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit‑Baltistan.
Important notes: Use the mobile number that is registered against your CNIC for one-time registration. Follow the SMS instructions exactly. For SMS sending and token details, send messages to 9771.
