The Military Estates Officer, Multan Circle, announces that Plot No. 04, Survey No. 109/3 (Bungalow No.19), Tipu Sultan Road, Multan Cantt, was held by Mst. Jamila Khatoon (W/o Syed Fazal Hussain Gillani), who died on 06-01-2024. The leasehold rights were transferred in favour of her daughter Mst. Najma Gillani by Tamleek Nama dated 21-07-2023, and the transfer was admitted by court decree dated 31-07-2024 (Civil Judge 1st Class, Multan).
Anyone having objections to the transfer on the basis of the cited Tamleek Nama must submit objections to the undersigned within 15 days from the publication of this notice; otherwise mutation will be made in favour of Mst. Najma Gillani.
