Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Khanewal invites e-tenders (Single Stage Two Envelope) from eligible Engineering Firms/Contractors/Suppliers/Companies registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and on the Punjab e‑Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e‑Procurement system. Digital bid security (e-bid security) in favour of Director Finance, WASA Khanewal must be uploaded on the portal.
Key instructions: bidders must be registered on the Punjab e‑procurement website and must follow PPRA rules. Technical bids will be opened online at 12:30 PM on the bid closing date; financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation and bidders will be informed via the e‑procurement system. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Conditional, ambiguous or cut-rate offers will be rejected. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
