Issuing Authority: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineer Division, Sheikhupura. Sealed e-tenders are invited through the EPADS-E single-stage two-envelope procedure for approved deposit development schemes for financial year 2026-27 (and DBD Annual 2025-26).

Eligibility & Procurement Method: Registered contractors/firms with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license (specialization codes CE02, CE09, M06 as applicable) for the year 2026-27 may participate. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS 2.0 portal and the PPRA Punjab website. All bids must follow PPRA Rules 2014 and EPADS procedures.

Security & Guarantees: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in favor of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Sheikhupura. Where required by Supreme Court directions, a performance guarantee up to 10% may be demanded in the prescribed form (pay order, bank draft, or bank guarantee valid for 3 months beyond completion).

Submission & Opening: Technical and financial bids (through EPADS) must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 2026-09-28. Technical bids will be opened on the same day (2026-09-28) at 02:30 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer. Incomplete or unsealed/unsigned bids will not be entertained.
