The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (MoFE&PT), Government of Pakistan, invites separate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) through EPADS v2.0 from eligible and registered consulting firms for provision of third-party review consultancy services for two departments: Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) and Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (FBISE). Funds have been reserved for procurement planned for FY 2026-27.
Selection will be carried out through Open Competitive Selection using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure: 80% weightage to the Technical Proposal and 20% weightage to the Financial Proposal. Proposals must be prepared in accordance with the RFP documents and Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
