Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible and registered contractors/firms/companies for execution of development schemes through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System). Technical sanction accorded vide No.343MOI-MCR dated 29.08.2026.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage - One Envelope through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System) only. Eligibility: bidders must be duly registered with relevant authorities including FBR, PRA and Punjab e-Procurement System, and must possess valid NTN/PNTN and Active Taxpayer Status. Bid security shall be 5% of the estimated cost of each scheme in the prescribed form and manner.
Submission and opening: Electronic bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-09-22 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on 2026-09-22 at 11:30 AM. Bid validity: 120 days from date of opening. Conditional, incomplete, late, misleading or bids not accompanied by valid Bid Security shall be rejected. All mandatory eligibility, technical and financial documents are to be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed.
Taxes and statutory requirements: The bidder is responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, duties, levies and statutory charges in accordance with prevailing government rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
Framework Procurement / Rate Contract — Street Light Material 2026-2027: Municipal Committee Chakwal also invites electronic bids under Framework Procurement / Rate Contract for Street Light Material 2026-2027 from eligible contractors/firms/companies registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, FBR and PRA, having valid NTN, PNTN and Active Taxpayer Status.

Framework procurement bids must be submitted online only via the Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage – One Envelope procedure. If the lowest bid is equal to or less than 2% below the estimate, the lowest bidder shall be bound to deposit an additional 10% performance security as per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017. Performance security will be refunded after issuance of completion certificate by the incharge of Engineering Branch, subject to conditions.
