Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Companies Act 2017 and other regulatory frameworks; organizing and managing Board, Committee and shareholder meetings including notices, agendas and minutes; maintaining statutory records and timely corporate filings; providing advisory support on governance, legal and compliance matters; facilitating communication between the Board, management and shareholders; supporting governance audits; identifying corporate governance and regulatory risks; working with internal departments to complete tasks; and leading/mentoring the Corporate Affairs team to foster high performance and professional development.
Key competencies include corporate governance & compliance, regulatory frameworks & legal awareness, stakeholder coordination, analytical & advisory skills, and strong written & verbal communication.
