Bidding documents, containing the method of procurement (Single Stage - Two Envelope), detailed terms & conditions, etc., will be available on the NHA website for downloading free of cost from 2026-09-07. E-Bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted through the NHA e-procurement system and must reach the address below on or before 2026-09-17 by 11:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours.
All firms are advised to complete EPADS/PPRA registration and to use the NHA e-procurement portal for submissions. Manual (hard copy) bids will be eliminated for upcoming procurements. This advertisement is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and the NHA website (www.nha.gov.pk).
