Eligibility: Eligible contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue; must hold a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27 in the required category and specialization codes.
How to obtain documents and submit bids: Bidding documents (Single Stage – Two Envelope) will be available for free download from the NHA website from 2026-09-07. Bidders must prepare e-Bids in accordance with instructions provided in the bidding documents. e-Bids must be submitted electronically and must reach the address given below on or before 2026-09-17 by 1100 hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours.
Notes: Firms should ensure EPADS (PPRA) registration as required on www.eprocure.gov.pk. Manual (hard) bids will be eliminated. Advertisement also available on PPRA and NHA websites.
