The IDSRS Project, National Institute of Health (NIH), Islamabad invites e-bids from eligible registered bidders for the procurement of non-consultancy services to deliver a turnkey establishment, integration and operations of a Digital Telemedicine Ecosystem (Pilot Phase). Funds have been reserved for FY 2026-27 and the procurement will follow a two-stage procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
