Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of consulting firms/consultants for Ecosystem Development (Policy Analysis, Formulation, Reforms & Industry Data Development). Funds have been reserved for procurement planned for FY 2026-27 and PSEB intends to apply part of the proceeds for this contract (Ref: P110551).
