Bidders must submit separate annual rental offers for each hoarding board.

3. No additional board or change in the approved size/location shall be made without prior approval of the Society.
4. The Society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
5. Tender fee: Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable).
