Issuer: Pakistan Air Force, Headquarters Federal Air Command, Nur Khan, Rawalpindi. Purpose: Pre-qualification and registration of reputable, financially sound local suppliers/contractors for supply of dry and fresh ration items for FY 2027-28.
Application period: From 2026-09-28 to 2026-10-22 during working hours 0830 to 1330 hrs. Submission deadline: 2026-10-22. How to apply: Interested firms must apply on company/firm letterhead and submit duly marked sealed envelopes titled "Pre-qualification / registration of Local supplies contractors for ration items" to the undermentioned base offices. Applications received after the submission date will not be entertained.
Delivery locations: PAF Bases at Islamabad, Nur Khan (Rawalpindi), Kalabagh (Nathia Gali), Lower Topa (Murree) and lodger units. Eligible applicants: Registered firms/contractors; owners/partners should be Pakistani nationals.
Required documents (as listed): owners/partners names, address, telephone, mobile numbers and fax; last six months bank account statements; company profile and firm status (proprietorship/partnership/public/private limited); partnership deed or relevant contractor documents; proof of property in case of partnership/proprietor; attested CNIC copies of owners/partners/witnesses; registration details with major organizations and copies of agreements/contracts; memorandum and articles of association if limited company; audited financial statements / banker references and certificate of financial stability; sales tax and income tax registration certificates and copies of income tax assessments/payments; details of any legal action; affidavit certifying correctness of documents and information.
