Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute) invites sealed bids under the Single-Stage, One Envelope procedure (Ref: GKPO/TPT-1135/26) for the hiring/outsourcing of transport services on a rental basis: provision of two (02) buses for student transportation between GIK Institute, Topi and Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Eligible bidders must be Income Tax and GST registered transport companies/firms listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
Bid documents are available at www.giki.edu.pk or from GIK Admin Block, Room F-09. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and 2% earnest money (refundable) on the total bid cost are required. Submit sealed bids by 15:00 on 2026-07-24; proposals will be opened at 15:30 the same day.
