Office of the Military Accountant General, Kashmir Road, Rawalpindi Cantt invites sealed bids for disposal of the following used vehicles on an "As is where is Basis".

How to apply / Bid submission: Submit sealed bids along with a photocopy of CNIC and Bank Draft/Pay Order equal to 5% of the total bid (refundable) as earnest money in the name of DDO, MAG Office Rawalpindi.
Deadline & Opening: Bids will be received by 2026-10-13 at 10:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM.
Inspection: Vehicles can be inspected on any working day from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Payment & Transfer: Advance tax @ 1% will be deducted from the purchaser (Filer). The total amount must be paid within 7 days of acceptance of the bid. The successful bidder is responsible for transfer of the vehicle into their name within 15 working days; possession will be handed over after transfer. Any outstanding token tax will be deposited by the purchaser. The successful bidder must pay all remaining dues and transfer-related payments.
Other: MAG Office reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
