Auction of Scrap Materials at Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang – Sealed Bids

Issuer: A Public Sector Organization invites sealed bids to dispose of scrap materials on an "as and where basis" lying at Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang – Attock Road).

Inspection: Interested parties may inspect the scrap/stores and report to the office of the Convener Auction Committee at Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang – Attock Road) at 1000 hrs on 2026-10-05 (Monday).

Submission & Earnest Money: Sealed bids with a pay order / demand draft of earnest money equal to 25% of the bid amount must be deposited before 1100 hrs on 2026-10-07 (Wednesday) at Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang – Attock Road. Only bids for the complete lot will be accepted; partial bids or bids with insufficient earnest money will be cancelled.

Bid Validity & Award: Bids should remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening. The Organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.

Payment & Collection: Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount along with all applicable taxes as per prevailing government rules. Successful bidders must lift the awarded scrap/items within 30 days of bid approval; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of 25% of the deposited amount and cancellation of the bid.

Participation Requirements: All participants must bring original/valid CNIC plus two photocopies for entry. Entry will not be allowed without these documents. Bidders/individuals will be permitted to participate subject to clearance by security staff.
