Nishan-e-Iqbal Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Khayaban-e-Jinnah, Lahore, notifies that House No. 8441904 (approx. 10 marla), Plot No. 29831, held by the deceased owner (death recorded 2026-01-31), has been the subject of a civil decree. By order of Mr. Muhammad Adil Riaz, Civil Bench (First Class), Lahore (Civil Suit No. 47370; H.M.S. No. 39981726) dated 2026-06-15, the other heirs have relinquished their rights in favor of Nazia Tarnum, who has applied to have the property transferred into her name.
Any person, institution, government or semi-government department, bank or authority having an objection must submit a written objection to the General Secretary, Nishan-e-Iqbal Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Khayaban-e-Jinnah, Lahore within 15 days.
