Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed bids for procurement of IT hardware/equipment for the Punjab Legal Aid and Assistance Portal (PLAAP). Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, single-stage two-envelope procedure. Tender documents are available free of cost on PITB and PPRA websites and must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) portal.

Bidders must register on the eP portal and ensure timely upload of bids; PITB is not responsible for portal-related issues after the submission deadline. Incomplete, unsigned, un-stamped or late bids will not be considered. Income/sales tax registration certificates and other required documents as mentioned in the tender document must accompany bids.
