Trademark Notice — Exclusive Rights to “TOOSO” / “TOSO” (Tooso Restaurant)

Issuer: Babar Nehal, Tooso Restaurant (through counsel SM Law Associates). This notice asserts exclusive trademark rights in the mark "TOOSO" and the variant "TOSO", registered with the Trade Marks Registry, Pakistan, and used continuously in connection with restaurant, food and allied goods and services.

Purpose: Members of the public and trade are warned that no person, firm, company, restaurant, food business, distributor, retailer, manufacturer, supplier, advertiser, printer or any other commercial entity is authorized to adopt, use, sell, promote or otherwise exploit the trademark "TOOSO", "TOSO" or any identical or confusingly similar mark in relation to goods, services, advertisements, social media, websites, delivery platforms, promotional materials, invoices, receipts, statements or any other commercial material. Any unauthorized use may constitute trademark infringement, passing off, unfair competition and other actionable violations under applicable law.

Legal consequences: The client reserves the right to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceedings and to claim all available remedies including injunctions, damages and costs against parties using the mark without authorization. The notice is issued without prejudice to all rights and remedies of the client, all of which are expressly reserved.
