Issuer: Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited. Purpose: Notice under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017 announcing persons who have filed notices to offer themselves for election as Directors and details of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM).
EOGM: Tuesday, 2026-09-22 at 11:00 a.m. Venue: Royal Palm Golf & Country Club, 52 Canal Bank Road, Lahore. Meeting will also be accessible through electronic means.

As more persons have offered themselves than the number of Directors fixed by the Board under Section 159(1) of the Act, the Directors will be elected from among these candidates at the EOGM for a term of three years in accordance with Section 159 and applicable rules. Two independent directors shall be elected from candidates who have offered themselves as independent directors.

Statement under Section 166(3): Independent directors will be elected through the election process under Section 159. The proposed independent directors have been assessed by the Board for requisite qualifications, experience, competencies, skills and independence per the Companies Act, 2017 and related regulations.
