How to obtain tender documents: Submit a written requisition on company letterhead and attach a bank draft for the tender fee (Rs.2,000) in the name of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No.1637, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. Tender documents may be dispatched by post on request against a bank draft, but the original draft must reach the office on or before the last date to issue documents; the office is not responsible for postal delay.
Compliance and submission notes: Each bid must be accompanied by 2% earnest money in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No.1637, Islamabad. Tenders without the required earnest money will be rejected. Tenders received after the stated opening time will not be entertained. Tender validity: 60 days from date of opening. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders or portions thereof.
