Office of the Medical Superintendent, Taluka Hospital Hala (District Matiari) invites sealed bids under single-stage single-envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019) from authorized agents/manufacturers registered with sales tax/income tax authorities for supply and procurement as listed below.
Tender documents are available from 2026-09-14 to 2026-09-29 (09:00 AM to 03:00 PM) from the procurement office of Taluka Hospital Hala. Bids must be dropped by hand or by mail on 2026-09-29 by 10:00 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Taluka Hospital Hala. Eligibility & submission requirements: Valid NTN certificate, relevant experience in the supply field, and minimum turnover of Rs. 1 million during the last three years. Tender documents and required eligibility proofs must be furnished with the bid in a single envelope. Bid security of 2.5% of the total quoted value must be provided in the shape of pay order/demand draft in favor of the undersigned. All rates should be inclusive of applicable taxes.
The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all tenders subject to provisions of SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019) and may cancel the tender at any time before award of the contract in terms of Rule‑20 of SPPRA rules.
