Punjab MassTransit Authority (PMA) invites individuals, firms and companies to register on the E-LET digital business portal (elet-pma.punjab.gov.pk) to participate in an online public auction for the sale/lease of used batteries. Registration on E-LET is mandatory for participation.

Fees & Bid Security: Registration fee: one-time non-refundable PKR 5,000 (payable for registration on E-LET). Bid security: PKR 70,000 (refundable) to be submitted through the E-LET digital platform as part of the bidding process.
Submission & Deadline: Bids must be submitted on the E-LET platform and will be accepted until 03:00 p.m. (1500 HRS) on 2026-09-04. If the closing date is declared an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date at the same time.
Inspection: Interested individuals/firms/organizations may inspect the used batteries from 24th August 2026 to 31st August 2026 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the designated location. For inspection arrangements and further information contact Zohaib Ahmed at 0333-4487974.
